2D Artist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Head of Games and Games Producer
• Creating 2D assets from sketch to final render (characters, objects, backgrounds, pop-ups, logos), using digital painting tools
• Researching references and resources required to produce the assets of the game
• Establish, maintain, and develop a clear artistic vision and integrity for the game’s 2D visual elements
• Sketching concept designs and key elements of the visual style
• Creating 2D assets which are animation ready (separated layers etc)
• Assist with the development of marketing materials for game releases
• Collaboration with a team of animators and developers

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience working as a 2D artist in the casino games industry
• Professional portfolio demonstrating a level of skill in creating polished graphical designs in a variety of styles and genres
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic art knowledge (composition, colour and light, basic anatomy and layout)
• Exceptional ability to adopt new tools, techniques and procedures as well as execute high-quality work in a variety of styles and genres
• Ability to receive constructive feedback, good communication skills, self-driven, strong initiative and willingness to learn
• Good command of English language
